The Grotto Restaurant hides under caves, rock contemplation seats are poised on edges and the 65ft x 35ft natural spring water pool glistens in the morning sun. Luxurious suites take advantage of the stunning views of the rainforest. Sympathetic to its environment, this eco retreat is a wonderful stop gap to the Island's bustling culture and cities.
