Colonial style, white washed architecture set amidst 2 acres of neat lawn, peppered with delicate araliya trees and swaying palms.

Verandahs border the villa with rattan loungers and cocktail tables.  A garden pavilion, partially covered and a large swimming pool, overlook the Indian Ocean – ideal for sunbathing or breakfast.

A further living pavilion has a dining area, a pool table and a selection of board games.   An excellent management team  will welcome you before arrival with a service of preordering wine, special diet requirements etc. The owners have recently refurbished the villa to a fabulous standard. They are close family friends of a dealer and manufacturer of reproduction  furniture which is evident throughout the villa's excellent appearance. 

A central courtyard with a tranquility pool  gives entrance to each of the 5 rooms which in turn look out to the ocean.
